Support the School of Information Sciences

The School of Information Sciences (SIS) has a long and distinguished tradition of producing leaders in the information sciences and associated professions. For more than a century, this school has offered degree programs addressing information in its many forms, its management and organization, the systems to control and secure it, and the needs of the people and organizations that depend upon that information.

SIS depends on the support of alumni and donors in order to prepare future leaders in the information professions.  Financial support allows SIS to offer rigorous degree programs, to undertake leading edge research, and to provide exceptional learning experiences and research facilities.

SIS strives to raise funds that will directly impact our students, particularly for one our top funding priorities—scholarships.  Scholarships allow SIS to continue to attract and retain top students in each of our offered programs.  In addition to scholarships, funds from donors are used to update facilities and equipment, to support faculty research, and to provide unrestricted operational support.  Read about our donors.

There several ways to give to the SIS including through an outright gift, planned gift, or transfer of securities. Giving online is the easiest way to make a gift to SIS—just click the link and designate your gift to the School of Information Sciences.
