Procedure to Have Your Courses Evaluated

Requests for all courses within the School of Information Sciences to be evaluated each term are made between the Dean's Office and the Office of Measurement and Evaluation of Teaching (OMET) rather than individual instructors.

Please note: Any course sections with enrollments of less than 4 will not be evaluated by OMET. If you have such a section and wish for an evaluation to be made, please contact Olena Sherbinin to have an internal survey mirroring the OMET evaluation sent to your class.
