Students
interested in IT should mark their calendars for Thursday,
September 13, which is when United States Steel Corporation
will be at the School of Information Sciences. From
2 pm to 6 pm, representatives from the company will in
the SIS conference room on the first floor, providing
information about the exciting and diverse career opportunities
with United States Steel. Students are encouraged
to visit with the representatives and to bring their
resumes. At this time, United States Steel Corporation
is seeking IT professionals for positions in Pittsburgh
and other locations, including the Midwest and other
Atlantic States.
Refreshments will be served in the conference room from
2 pm through 6 pm. Company representatives will
also offer presentations in classes taught by Drs. Perkoski,
Ray and Hirtle.
