Dean Larsen invited the SIS faculty and staff to a reception to celebrate the accomplishments of our faculty and staff who have recently received awards of promotion, tenure and recognition of contributions to the community. In particular we recognized Peter Brusilovsky, Hassan Karimi, and Prashant Krishnamurthy to the rank of associate professor with tenure; Amanda Spink for being awarded tenure; and Marsha Washington for receiving the Chancellor's Award for Staff Excellence in Service to the Community.
