Undergraduate faculty
The School of Information Sciences draws its faculty from a variety of disciplines: business, policy, information science, computer science, computer engineering, psychology, mathematics, electrical engineering, physics, and software engineering, among others. This diversity in faculty education and research interests results in a richer experience for students. The school encourages faculty members to incorporate their research into the classroom experience. You will have the opportunity to learn about leading-edge research in areas such as information access, information assurance, human-computer interaction, information visualization, database design and management, and cognitive science.
